I have been doing yoga at vangmay since 8 months. I feel energetic and ready for the day at the end of class. It has really improved my flexibility and endurance. Also class timings are very flexible and are done in batches even through online during pandemic.Thanks to Krishna Sir for training. Overall it is a great experience.

Great place to begin your fitness journey..!! Our yoga instructor is too good in his profession and keep us active throughout the class.I have been attending his classes for more than six months. Krishna Sir make sure that you do the yoga poses in the right way and guide us along throughout the class. Interesting part here is everyday we have different Yoga workouts which helped me to keep fit. With his Yoga sessions I feel rejuvenated, energetic, getting good sleep, maintaining good health and weight. Strongly recommend his services to others too.

I join one year back that time my weight 76kg so I feel to overweight so I wanted to reduce my I join gmy Arabic class but I didn't get 1kg reduction .therefore I join vangmay yoga for weight loss so I found it 7 kg reduction with great experience feel to every day..I recommend to vangmay yoga with all team..thanks a lot Krishna sir.
